Doug Sharp
BIO
Doug is a CRE Advisor with Blue Skyre IBE. Previously, he was the Founder and CEO of JLL’s Project and Development Services (PDS) business line with currently more than 6,000 professional project managers in over 50 countries managing over $15B worth of annual capital. In addition to construction project management and development management services, Doug developed PDS’s capital planning, multi-site program management, move management and occupancy planning service capabilities.
He is focused on developing solutions tailored to client needs with continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations as primary goals. His responsibilities include developing strategies, best practices, process, technology, tools and organizational requirements to meet clients’ business and capital spend objectives.
Doug also previously held the role of President for JLL’s Global Corporate Solutions business where he was responsible for all service lines including Consulting, Transaction Management, Project Management, Facilities Management, Lease Administration and Technology Services. He also created JLL’s Innovation and Product Development (IPD) platform that won innovation awards from FAST Company and CoreNet Global, as well as delivered over $1B worth of measurable value to his clients. Over the course of his 35+ years in leadership and management services, Doug has established a reputation in innovation, development, planning and strategy for corporate clients.
Doug was previously a Board Director of CoreNet Global and holds a Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation. He has been a faculty member of CoreNet where he co-lectured on both project management and real estate finance. He is also a regular speaker on trends in CRE, project management, facilities management and technology. Doug has a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from Motorola University.
Doug attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Global Leadership Program, the ENSEAD Business School’s Executive Program in France, and earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
